Cemal Bekar
Cemal Bekar has been serving as Lidio’s Director of Operations since February 2022. Prior to this role, he held the positions of Internal Control Manager and Risk & Compliance Manager at Lidio. Before joining Lidio, he spent six years at PayU, where he worked in various roles across risk management and payment systems. He served as Financial Institutions & Payments Lead and also acted as Process Lead for the Commercial Risk Team in the EMEA region. With deep expertise in risk management, he specializes in KYC and AML processes. Cemal Bekar began his career as a customer representative and graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations. He also holds certifications in high-risk insurance underwriting and credit card security.
Cihan Güzer
With nearly 11 years of experience in the fintech industry, Cihan Güzer has built strong expertise in sales, business development, and customer management through key roles at Turkey’s leading payment institutions. Starting his professional journey at PayU, he went on to hold senior customer management positions at PayTR and iPara, where he gained strategic experience that he later transformed into impactful leadership at Lidio. Joining Lidio in 2021, Cihan Güzer led initiatives that strengthened the company’s local and global sales architecture, scaled the organization, and accelerated growth objectives. Today, as Head of Sales, he shapes Lidio’s commercial strategy, leads the sales and partnerships team, and plays a central role in high-impact decisions that contribute to the company’s profitability vision. Cihan Güzer is a graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration.
Erhan Ula
Erhan Ula is Lidio's Chief Product Officer (CPO). With extensive experience in product management, Erhan has held roles such as Product and Operations Manager, General Manager, and Product Director at Mobilexpress since 2014. His career spans management consulting, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning, during which he has served in advisory and managerial roles at some of Turkey's leading companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University, an MBA from Koç University, and a master’s degree in Service and Experience Design from Domus Academy.
Esra Ergin
Esra Ergin is Internal Control Manager.Esra Ergin serves as Internal Control Manager at Lidio, where she is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the company's internal control systems, managing risks, and ensuring that operations are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations. She began her professional career in internal control and risk management at Ankara Sigorta and Aegon Sigorta. Since 2020, she has been part of the fintech ecosystem, holding various roles at institutions such as İninal and Türk Elektronik Para (Param), focusing on internal audit, internal control, IT controls, consulting, and risk management. Most recently, Ergin served as Internal Control Manager at GoArt Crypto Asset Trading Platform. She holds a Lead Auditor Certificate in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Throughout her career in the fintech and crypto asset sectors, she has led the establishment of internal control frameworks, managed AML/CFT compliance processes, KYC/AML controls, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention mechanisms, and regulatory audit processes. Ergin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Marmara University.
Kıymet Özyurt Oer
Since July 2020, Kıymet Özyurt Oer has been Lidio's Senior Business Development Director. Previously, she served as Business Development Manager at Paratika, managing its payment institution licensing process, payment infrastructure operations, bank pricing, partnerships, and workflows. At PayU Turkey, she worked as Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, focusing on bank relations, pricing, and collaboration projects. Kıymet began her career at Akbank, where she managed the bank's virtual POS processes for 14 years. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Banking & Insurance from Anadolu University.
Murat Tural
Murat Tural is Lidio's Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Since May 2020, he has overseen Lidio’s technology strategies. He has also served as the CTO of Mobilexpress, one of Turkey’s largest payment platforms, since 2014. Starting his career in the tech industry, Murat co-founded Magnifo Technology and worked as Product Development Manager at Logo Business Solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Control and Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has over 20 years of experience in technology development and innovation.
Semra Demir
Semra Demir serves as Lidio's Head of Finance, leading financial processes and strategic objectives. Previously, she was Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager at Mobilexpress. Over her career, Semra has held various finance and accounting roles at companies like Mobilexpress, PayU, and RINA, specializing in financial management, budget analysis, and process optimization. A certified Public Accountant, she graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration. With over 17 years of industry experience, Semra excels in enhancing the efficiency of financial operations.
Şeyda Cirit
Şeyda Cirit is a Product Team Lead at Lidio, leading end-to-end product management processes for fintech products and coordinating product teams. With over 12 years of experience, she specializes in product management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization. She works closely with software, integration, and operations teams to translate customer needs into product strategy, build roadmaps, and manage development processes. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and has previously held roles at Türk Telekom Group, İnnova Bilişim (Head of Pricing), and Coca-Cola İçecek (Product Owner).
Zeynep Danjou
Zeynep Danjou serves as Risk and Compliance Director at Lidio, leading the company’s risk and compliance framework to ensure operations align with applicable regulations. She began her career in risk management at A&T Bank and has been working in the fintech and payments ecosystem since 2015, holding various roles in corporate risk management, compliance, risk, and internal control at licensed payment and e-money institutions such as iyzico and Moneypay. She has also provided risk and compliance consulting for different organizations. Zeynep holds a degree in International Relations from Kocaeli University and a Master’s degree in International Relations – European Union from Galatasaray University.
Emre Güzer
Emre Güzer began his career at Pamukbank in 2001. With a master’s degree in Management Information Systems, he contributed to the launch of Boyner Back-Up Card at Assist Line A.Ş. from 2002 to 2004. He later explored e-commerce and payment systems at Garanti Bank, continuing his career at Hedef Alliance Holding, Teknoloji Holding, and Garanti Payment Systems. In 2011, Emre became the founding CEO of PayU, overseeing its strategy and expansion across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America until 2017. He joined Mobilexpress as CEO in 2019, leading its growth. In 2020, he founded Lidio, where he continues as CEO, spearheading innovation in fintech.
