Erhan Ula
Erhan Ula is Lidio's Chief Product Officer (CPO). With extensive experience in product management, Erhan has held roles such as Product and Operations Manager, General Manager, and Product Director at Mobilexpress since 2014. His career spans management consulting, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning, during which he has served in advisory and managerial roles at some of Turkey's leading companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University, an MBA from Koç University, and a master’s degree in Service and Experience Design from Domus Academy.
Kıymet Özyurt Oer
Since July 2020, Kıymet Özyurt Oer has been Lidio's Senior Business Development Director. Previously, she served as Business Development Manager at Paratika, managing its payment institution licensing process, payment infrastructure operations, bank pricing, partnerships, and workflows. At PayU Turkey, she worked as Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, focusing on bank relations, pricing, and collaboration projects. Kıymet began her career at Akbank, where she managed the bank's virtual POS processes for 14 years. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Banking & Insurance from Anadolu University.
Murat Tural
Murat Tural is Lidio's Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Since May 2020, he has overseen Lidio’s technology strategies. He has also served as the CTO of Mobilexpress, one of Turkey’s largest payment platforms, since 2014. Starting his career in the tech industry, Murat co-founded Magnifo Technology and worked as Product Development Manager at Logo Business Solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Control and Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has over 20 years of experience in technology development and innovation.
Semra Demir
Semra Demir serves as Lidio's Head of Finance, leading financial processes and strategic objectives. Previously, she was Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager at Mobilexpress. Over her career, Semra has held various finance and accounting roles at companies like Mobilexpress, PayU, and RINA, specializing in financial management, budget analysis, and process optimization. A certified Public Accountant, she graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration. With over 17 years of industry experience, Semra excels in enhancing the efficiency of financial operations.
Emre Güzer
Emre Güzer began his career at Pamukbank in 2001. With a master’s degree in Management Information Systems, he contributed to the launch of Boyner Back-Up Card at Assist Line A.Ş. from 2002 to 2004. He later explored e-commerce and payment systems at Garanti Bank, continuing his career at Hedef Alliance Holding, Teknoloji Holding, and Garanti Payment Systems. In 2011, Emre became the founding CEO of PayU, overseeing its strategy and expansion across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America until 2017. He joined Mobilexpress as CEO in 2019, leading its growth. In 2020, he founded Lidio, where he continues as CEO, spearheading innovation in fintech.
