Can transactions be made with international cards on Lidio?

Yes, transactions can be made with international cards and different exchange rates at Lidio. In addition, thanks to Lidio's international collaborations, you can receive payments from anywhere in the world at any time, at the exchange rate of the relevant country, with many alternative payment methods and card programs.

Where can I pay with my cards registered in Lidio infrastructure?

You can make payments with a single click with your hidden cards in all our workplaces that use the interoperable card saving infrastructure, which is Lidio's shared pool model.

Can I register more than one credit card to Lidio infrastructure?

Yes, you can register more than one card in the Lidio infrastructure.

I registered my credit card in Lidio infrastructure at a workplace. How can I view, update or delete my credit cards?

You can log in to your account on Lidio.com and view, update and delete your cards in the My Cards section.

I do not have a website, can I still make sales with Lidio?

You don't need a website to receive payments with Lidio. You can securely receive payments from your customers via the link you will send via SMS or e-mail. In addition, you can make your collections securely with the Company Payment Portal, which is our solution specially developed for businesses which do not have a website and want to receive payments. How can I view my transactions with Lidio?

You can view the transactions you have made with Lidio in the "Payments" section of the Lidio Workplace Panel. Login information to Lidio Workplace Panel will be sent to you by the support teams when your account is active.

How does the commission mechanism work between the marketplace and the sub

Sub-seller commission mechanism can be reflected to the sub-seller as a percentage or as a fixed amount. Sub-seller progress payments can be calculated automatically with defined commission percentages, or they can be calculated and sent parametrically by the marketplace as desired for the transaction. Marketplace and sub-seller progress payments are distributed by Lidio according to the value dates determined by the marketplace.

How do sellers in the marketplace receive their payments in Lidio infrastructure?

Progress payments are paid by Lidio to the companies selling in the marketplace, based on defined working conditions and account information.

Does Lidio infrastructure support multicart application with more than one vendor?

Our marketplace solution supports a multi-seller multi-cart structure. End users can add products from different vendors to their carts and complete their shopping.

How do marketplaces and subsellers perform reconciliation operations?

Lidio provides reconciliation reports on the Lidio Workplace Panel for the marketplace and sub-sellers, and has services to query past and future reconciliation information through Lidio APIs.

Can I use my own bank Virtual POS and Payment institution POS while taking advantage of the Lidio Smart Transaction Routing feature?

While taking advantage of our Lidio smart transaction routing feature, you can use any virtual POS and provide transaction routing. If you use the Lidio Virtual POS infrastructure in your transactions, the smart transaction routing service will be ready in our systems. In your normal payment system, you can position your own virtual POS or Lidio Virtual POS as Smart Switch alternative POS.

Can I benefit from Lidio's fraud services while using my own POS?

You can benefit from our fraud prevention service with your own POS integrated with our Lidio Core solution. If you use the Lidio Virtual POS infrastructure in your transactions, our fraud services will be readily available in our systems.

What explanation do customers who trade with Lidio see on their statements?

Transactions appear on the statement as Lidio*Company name in the format determined by the regulation. Company names are determined by workplaces.

How can I view the commission deductions and payable amounts for my transactions?

They will be able to observe the working conditions in their contracts through the workplace panel.

Who can apply to Lidio?

All businesses, foundations or associations that have a tax plate and own a private or legal company can apply to Lidio.

How can I apply to Lidio?

When you complete the information and documents requested from the "Apply" step in the upper right corner of the page, you can create your application record.

How long will my application take?

In case the requested documents are completed and delivered in full, the Lidio team will contact you via the e-mail or phone number you shared during the application within 2 business days and inform you about your application process.

What are the documents required to become a member?

After your preliminary application is approved, the following documents will be requested. For Companies: Trade Registry Gazette, Activity Certificate, Tax Plate, Identity Images of All Partners, Signature Circular, Document Confirming Bank Account Information For Personal Businesses: Tax Plate, Identity Image, Signature Declaration, Document Confirming Bank Account Information

Do I need to send the necessary documents with wet signature by cargo?

In order for your Lidio accounts to be active and for the integration to be carried out quickly, it will be sufficient to send the necessary documents by e-mail, stamped and signed, in the first place. Wet signed versions of the relevant documents must also be shipped to our address within 5 working days at the latest. Otherwise, your membership will be deemed invalid.

Do I have to pay any fees to become a Lidio customer?

It is free to become a member of Lidio. No entrance fee, monthly or annual fixed fee will be collected from you.

What are the Application Conditions?

In order for your application to be concluded faster, attention should be paid to the following issues. 1. The web page where you will use Lidio Virtual POS must contain a product catalog and a shopping cart. 2. SSL is required on your website to ensure payment security. 3. Licenses and documents issued by the relevant authorities are absolutely necessary due to the activity related to the product you offer. 4. Visa and Mastercard logos must be placed on your website.

What are the prohibited sectors that prevent being a member of Lidio?

Applications that sell the following products and/or services will not be considered. 1. Sites that sell alcoholic beverages 2. Sites that sell firearms or knives 3. Betting or gambling sites 4. Sites with violent content or incitement to crime 5. Sites that support religious sects 6. Sites that support political views 7. Prescription drugs or drugs Sites that sell 8. Sites that offer services with erotic or pornographic content 9.FOREX and similar sites. 10. Sites selling tobacco products 11. Sites selling tele-sales 12. Friendship sites 13. Can I start selling immediately with Lidio Virtual POS?

After completing your application, after completing the necessary checks and meeting your conditions, you can start selling at any time by performing a single and easy integration with Lidio Virtual POS.

I forgot my Lidio membership password. What should I do?

You can update your password by clicking the forgot password link in the member login section of Lidio.com.

My Lidio membership account has been blocked, what should I do?

If your Lidio account has been blocked, you can get help from our support team by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the e-mail address you used when you became a Lidio member.

I want to cancel my Lidio membership, what should I do?

To cancel your membership, you can send your request by e-mail to [email protected] by specifying the mobile phone to which your membership is connected.

How can I integrate Lidio virtual pos to my website?

You can determine the payment method you will integrate in your workplace, access the relevant service details via the Lidio API document, and easily integrate. You can request your user and password information required for the integration via [email protected].

How many days does the integration process take on average?

Depending on the integration model that our workplace will use, the integration can be completed within the same day. With the support of our integration team, it is aimed to shorten these periods for our workplaces that want to integrate with many products and have special flows.

Is there a separate pricing for the integration?

There is no integration fee for our workplaces that will use Lidio Virtual POS. Our working conditions are different with the integrator companies that we will partner with. For detailed information, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].

When I use the Lidio Hosted Payment page, can I customize the payment page visually and functionally according to my needs?

Yes, the labels, button and corporate logo fields at the top and bottom can be customized according to the colors and designs of your company.

Can I use one Lidio virtual POS and membership on more than one website?

No, it is not used. A separate Virtual POSs must be defined for each website.

Does Lidio have ready modules for open source infrastructures?

Yes, with the free plug-ins developed by Lidio for business partners using Opencart (3.x) and Magento (1.9.x) and Kobi Master e-commerce platforms, you can make your bank and credit card payments immediately, which includes all payment functions of Lidio. You can start receiving payments through their pages. You can download the plug-in compatible with the platform you are using from the following pages. OpenCart, Magento, Kobi Master

Can I integrate the existing ERP system into Lidio?

Yes, you can integrate your existing ERP system with Lidio and make your reports.

Where can I find sample API codes of Lidio?

You can access the API integration codes by visiting Lidio Lab in the top menu of the Lidio home page.

How can I access static IPs?

You can request a static IP via [email protected].

How can I define my IP address to Lidio?

If you send an e-mail to [email protected], your IPs will be defined.

How is the security of Lidio infrastructure ensured?

Lidio systems have PCI DSS Level 1 Certification. Applications are operated in this context.

Do I need to get an SSL certificate when using Lidio?

Yes, the services that Lidio accesses the workplaces must obtain an SSL certificate.

Does Lidio have a 3D Secure verification system?

While Lidio systems have 3D Secure, non 3D, half 3D, full 3S support, Lidio workplaces can use any solution they want according to their risk profile and preferences.

How often are payments made in Lidio?

Payment days may vary depending on the terms of the contract with the workplace.

Is the payment of the transactions made in installments also made in parts or in one time?

Payments of your transactions made in installments at Lidio are not made in installments. After the commission is deducted from the transaction amount, the remaining amount is transferred to your account.

Is there a blocked working model in Lidio?

There is no blocked working model in Lidio.

How do the billing processes work?

Lidio makes the payments by deducting the commission fee from the transaction amount. The invoice for the commission amounts deducted is issued monthly, and the first week of the next month is sent to your systems as e-invoice or e-archive invoice.

What can I do for undelivered invoices?

Lidio is an e-invoice and e-archive invoice payer. The invoices of our workplaces that are e-invoice payers are sent to their systems monthly in the first week of the following month. Invoices of our workplaces that are not e-invoice payers are sent to the e-mail addresses registered by the accounting office. In both cases, an e-mail should be sent to [email protected] for undelivered invoices.

What are your Lidio service fee rates?

Our service fee rates vary according to banks and market conditions. For detailed information, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].

Where can I do my cancellation and refund transactions?

You can perform cancellation/refund transactions through Lidio APIs or via Lidio Workplace Panel. You can access Lidio APIs at https://developer.lidio.com/. For Workplace Panel information, access information will be sent to you by e-mail when your Workplace definitions are completed.

What is the reflection period of cancellations & refunds to the customer account?

Lidio instantly transmits the cancellation/refund transactions made by the workplace to the bank where the transaction is made. Although the reflection period of cancellation refunds varies from bank to bank, it takes place within 3 working days on average.

What are the differences between cancellation and refund?

Transactions carried out on the same day and which have not entered the bank day-end are called cancellations, and transactions that have entered the bank day-end are called refunds. The main difference between cancellation and refund is that the cancellation process is usually instantaneous. The refund will be credited to the account the next day.

Is there partial refund in Lidio?

Yes, partial refunds are available in Lidio.
